Michael Koehler, MD
Medical DirectorBoard-Certified Emergency Medicine
Dr. Koehler is Affinity's Medical Director and a board-certified emergency medicine physician. He received his MD from the University of Texas in San Antonio and completed his emergency medicine residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, where he also served as chief resident.
Dr. Koehler completed the highly selective Morgentaler Method™ Fellowship Program under the mentorship of Dr. Abraham Morgentaler of Harvard Medical School, advancing his expertise in evidence-based testosterone therapy protocols. He also completed the "Hormone Therapy for Early Adopters" course led by Dr. Rachel Rubin — a board-certified urologist and fellowship-trained sexual medicine specialist.
He holds a Certificate in Peptide Therapy and is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
